Factoring (RTS)
Delivered loads → RTS Financial. Nothing is sent to RTS without you pressing a button.
🔌 RTS not connected yet. Make a batch, download it and upload it in the RTS portal, then press "Uploaded to RTS". When RTS gives the FTP login, "Send to RTS" will upload from the cloud.

Each load in a batch = one PDF: invoice + rate con (signed one if there is) + BOL + POD. A load needs an invoice, a rate con and a POD.

Dispatch Fee
Saved in Supabase, so every device uses the same settings. Driver pay is set per driver on the Drivers page.
In the finished hosted app, this connects with Google securely through authorization. No Gmail password is stored in the TMS.
Truck Miles
"Calculate miles" on a load uses the free openrouteservice truck route. Paste your free key from openrouteservice.org (Dashboard → API key).
Saved in Supabase for the whole company: owner and dispatchers on every computer. Drivers never see it.

RTS Factoring
Notice of Assignment text from RTS. It prints on every invoice (empty = the standard RTS notice).
Users
Who can sign in. Only you (the owner) see this. Dispatchers get every TMS page but can't add or remove users. Drivers only get the driver app.
